Sunshine

Friends!! I know I say hi friends or call you my friends on every post but hey I feel we are on a friends level right?? Anyhow! I hope you guys are doing FANTASTIC! My life has been going great so far this year and I am excited to share some of the awesome things that are going to be happening! First thing I will touch on is a trip that Will and I are going on in May! We are going on a mission trip to ECUADOR! Talk about far away.. but we are beyond excited!! We will be there for approximately 7-8 days. I have about 2-3 more trips planing out for the rest of this year but that will come later :) First on our list is Ecuador!

If you were in Oklahoma this past week you have felt my pain about the weather.. It rained and iced for about 3 days straight! Most of us were stuck in our houses for that period of time. I'm not sure about you guys but I was about to lose my mind. I love being at home but when I literally can't get out of the house it drives me up the wall! Now if you are in Oklahoma today...the sun is out, 62 degrees and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL outside! Lets talk about how the weather changes almost like every girls mood. Am I right?? lol. I have to say though.. this weather actually makes me think a little more into things. If you are like me and go through so many hard frustrating struggles then you'll completely understand this! Lets just say you're in a rut going through some crap that you have been going through for awhile now and about to lose your mind. It sucks and you want to get rid of your problem right away. Now, if you think about it..that is how this weather has been the past 3 or 4 days last week! I know that probably sounds silly but hey its accurate! You stick to your problem, find a solution and overcome it! That is exactly how this weather is.. it was sucky and crappy for awhile but look at it now! Its shining and beautiful outside. I know struggles are hard and annoying but I can promise you they won't last forever. No matter how hard it may seem at the time, you will ALWAYS get through it. At the end of it, you'll realize what a blessing it was and how much you truly learned. We had so much rain in the past couple days and now look what it has done for our state! Absolutely gorgeous!!! I believe theres a plan for each and everyone of you and even if you do not feel like there is a plan or direction for your life...THERE IS! God has a direction and place for you to be that fits you exactly. So stop being negative, be grateful you get to see another day :) I have gone through many struggles and it has taken me A LOT of thinking and praying to understand the concept of it all so here I am sharing it with all of you! :) I hope you all have been having a WONDERFUL 2018 so far and I can't wait to share more with you!!
